1st gen Kirovets enjoyer. Casually plowing my way through time...
The ease of production of both the FV432 and the M113 have been sabotaging the idea of totally replacing them and I surely believe that upgrading them to modern standards is not a feasible option (costwise or even regarding the stress they've been coming up against throughout their service life).
I investigate the issues with replacing the venerable FV432, and propose a range of options.

Venerable is an often overused word but quite apt for the FV432.
