This was not easily possible before, but it's working now. This will bring in even more color variety into our game, and possibly even a range of rare console colors to collect!

Milestone 1 concludes the first skeleton/core loop of our game. It doesn't have actual content or polish, but the game is technically playable for first impressions.

Stay tuned for that! Till next time! 🦊🔧 8/10

It will be more approachable for beginners, it won't take away from the educating repair experience and it's definitely going to spice up the fun. After a visual overhaul, Milestone 1 should be ready. We hope that this happens by the end of the year, so we can run a private play test. 7/10

Since we're targeting beginners in repair, we thought that it'd be more inviting if repair and electronics were easier to grasp at least in concept. That doesn't make the game fit less into the simulator niche we're targeting. 6/10

And the final step is.. the actual repair game of course!! There's a big rework planned for how exactly this will look and feel. After discussion with the team, we've decided to make the repair game feel more arcade-y after all. 5/10

We're now preparing one last thing: a little shop window to buy specific parts for repair. We're not going to focus too much on this at the time, but it's required as at least a minimal feature to actually close the repair shop loop. 4/10

Whew, what a long list of systems talking to each other! Nonetheless this is all invisible background logic that you won't encounter visually, which really makes it seem so ✨magical✨ when it just works. That's programming for ya, lol. 3/10

The video shows all relevant repair shop systems working hand in hand, the mail system sends out an objective, the objective system sends out a calendar event, the calendar event triggers delivery, delivery spawns/despawns the box, then the objective closes the loop with a final mail. 2/10

A todo-list will be visible to show your pinned objective, they can also be viewed in detail with the new journal page.
Progress will be tracked through events, so the objective knows exactly when you've completed a task.
