FALAFEL! Quick easy and healthy vegan protein option. I make these and freeze them then toss them into the air fryer. Also easy? Fresh pita and tzatziki to round it out!

Weening off take-out. Sometimes being a chef means I have garbage food habits. I’m very busy & feeding others! The kid & I meal prepped for 4 ppl at the beginning of this month. Total spent including extra containers & a new toaster oven $450. There will also b food left when we get back from NOLA!
