Chipotle and adobo hot sauce made. First attempt. Got some heat. Tried to tamp it down a little because I know folks may not enjoy that much. But it's tasty!

So the plan was to go to the Melting Pot for Goblin's birthday. So instead of their spinach artichoke cheese dip, I'm gonna make a chicken, spinach, and artichoke soup and also make a homemade hot sauce.

Our plans for the day have been kinda mucked up. They might get salvaged if work let's the goblin go early. (stupid weather potential). Anyway. Gonna hit the gym and maybe finally do my first jersey video. We'll see if I'm motivated. Also gotta plan some dinner and maybe games with @heckvetica.tv ?

My role in tonight's game was to be a coach and stabilizing force. Me and another guy played defense and helped their forwards with positioning and puck movement. I did what you're supposed to do when you play down. I passed, didn't skate it into the zone, and only took one shot.
