I'm only in favor of "It was all a dream" if it's bordering on or actually is psych horror, because that opens a lot of avenues for "It was all a dream" to have HORRIFYING implications depending on the exact story.

Felt. The first PC I gamed on had a GT630 and could barely run Overwatch at like 20% res scaling.
It wasn't until I lucked out and bought an RX460 from a friend of mine for VERY cheap (like $60) that I actually could play it with any measure of performance.
