I had a brilliant friend who ended up being dx'd with vascular dementia who could have rational conversations, but then tell you her landlord went into her apt and stole her credit cards, people were taking air out of her tires and a pilot in her bldg was stealing money out of her bank acct.

Her district used to be more diverse. That all changed when Fl redistricted to a more rural white majority of voters after 2012. Since then the racists have been in charge.
