My unpopular opinion is that you don’t have to engage in every spontaneous boycott you’d like to. Maybe you don’t have the bandwidth to make the change or develop a new habit.

Do what you can. Maybe a little bit more than you think you can! Discomfort can energize. But moral purity is exhausting.
