I've had mild achy lower back for months but the past bit it's turned into major immobilising lower back. no thanks! I'm still young! I'm still spry!!

test says no to covid and I know those things aren't 100% but I am RELIEVED. I do feel brighter also. hopefully back to usual tomorrow.

we have to do a return to work form, which boils down to "why were you off". and have a return to work interview, which amounts to about the same. but I don't want to be irresponsible either. my dad has cancer, I can't be cavalier about it with him in the house.
