It's been a blur... my mom passed away. Helping my dad deal with all the post-death things, it's crazy how many accounts have to be updated/changed.

Nothing like some sibo/ibs thing going on in your gut to look at food differently. I've lost 15 lbs in about 3 weeks, but maybe it's turned a corner, actually wanted to eat a little breakfast this morning.
