Why you need a travel advisor like Truvay Travel: «”Jeff Bezos booked every water taxi in Venice—the same days my clients need to get to a cooking class at the home of a local chef! But we got this. Our guide borrowed a friend’s luxury vintage wooden boat. Problem solved.”»

NYT left out a small note in quoting Trump on the No Kings protests. “We’re not a king at all, thank you very much,” he added…using the royal “we”.

Fixed it.

Ok so the French Open final is in hour 5, and there seem to be two people in the @BBC control room fighting over whether to keep airing it or switch to In the Studio.

Hey, as Sen. Ernst says, we’re all going to die! NBD, amirite?
It's been death by a million papercuts to U.S. weather forecasts by the Trump administration, but yesterday's detailed 2026 budget feels like a deathblow. In today's @nytimes.com I ask: How far can we degrade our hurricane forecasting before people end up dead?

I hereby declare “I’m working outside bc there are people in my house watching TT w/o headphones and asking where we keep the mayo” season: open.

The tempo of my life has finally slowed down a little. I can stop outrunning my feelings and sit down and feel them.
This is vastly less appealing than I thought it would be, actually.

Real hot summer reads! I got you! How about Songs of Summer by Jane Rosen? Mansion Beach, Meg Mitchell Moore? Dying to Meet You, Sarina Bowen, Far and Away, Amy Poeppel… I could go on and I don’t even need a chatbot to do it.

New sign of maturity: dreamed I went to brunch without pants so I stole someone’s pants and then I was fine although a little nervous that they would notice.
