So sad to hear of the passing of Lyall Schwarzkopf, legislator, Minneapolis city clerk, Minneapolis city coordinator and chief of staff to Governor Carlson. He was an amazingly effective advocate for the City of Minneapolis and most importantly an honest, decent person. We will miss him.
