I think my big issue isn’t that my inner voice is mean and loud. It’s that it’s insidious and quiet. Too many feelings are innate and unheard even in my own head, they are just accepted.
I am working on this. My inner voice should be kind, and sort of obnoxious. Like a friend that makes you blush.
