I still don’t get the logic. Did they push him to the ground and shoot him because they knew he broke an ICE vehicle tail light? Or are they saying “yeah, we pushed him down and shot him in the back, but, it turns out two weeks ago he broke an ICE vehicle tail light, so it was a justified?

My ConLaw prof from 40 years ago would have considered most of the current MAGA majority arguments to be frivolous. I’m afraid the Overton window of law has changed so much that the Federalist Society outliers we used to laugh at are now running the country. He who laughs last rules.

Changing the maps just a few weeks ago to these new racially discriminatory maps was not “on the eve of an election”? The logic is so transparently vacuous that it’s hard to see why they even bother trying. Just create a stamp that says: “We vote with the authoritarians” and dispense with the rest.
