Trae Young was pleased with what he saw in the first game. Noted that Sengun guarding Daniels slowed offense down early in 1Q because it was a wrinkle they haven’t covered in practice yet.

Said that the key for his season is efficiency. Noted that Trae was one of NBA's best at hit-ahead passes and he wants more. Also wants him to make an impact defensively.
