I'm actually surprised that I'm slowly getting used to it. I slowly increased my dose and I'm finally at 5 drops. Its interesting that 5 drops now are only as bad as the first drop.oo

If everything goes well and as planned I won't puff up but if something happens I will be in pain and won't be able to do the therapy at home.oo

Last week I changed my asthma spray after consulting my doctor and it feels like I'm feeling better!
It's easier to build up my stamina! I'm not coughing as much while dancing!!!
Or stretching...how did I think my asthma was stable...?

I can proudly say that I've gained 2kg in the past two weeks!😤
I've really tried hard and sometimes forced myself to eat something/more.
Counting all the kcal weren't for naught!
But in a few days I will loose another kilogram again...OTL I despise soup...
