That’s not specific to liberals though, again, the media has painted it this way. There are plenty of examples of conservatives losing their minds when their beliefs are challenged.

No still accurate, it’s the dictionary definition of what I was trying to get across. There is nothing in that definition that mentions blocking out ideas. It’s about being able to express your ideas free of bias etc etc.

These spaces were then taken by conservative media which used the term “safe spaces” to attack intellectual institutions, knowing most knuckle draggers don’t even know what that is.

The “safe spaces” originated on college campuses as place people could speak freely about controversial topics without fear of being attached to those topics. In a safe space you can take a stance without judgement because you’re just working out your thoughts without being married to them.
