Haven’t felt sentimental through this whole process until I noticed my voice echoing off the walls after moving most everything out. Now it’s all hit me.

Definitely need to get better at stretching/warmups in general, but especially to fix my runner’s knee.

Inhaled an unbelievable amount of cigarette smoke tonight I almost passed out

I’m going to force myself to write more. It’s something I’ve always liked and been told I have a knack for but I don’t do it nearly as often as I should.

And it might lead me back on a straight path again.
