Perhaps Astra Seneca should pay for the plant themselves, they had 45 Billion dollars turnover and likely 3 Billion profit....but I guess they'd rather have taxpayers pay for their infrastructure...

LLM's are built using the Commons, therefore the proceeds should go back to the Commons. Of course, some proceeds can go to the folks who built them, but the majority should be for the benefit of all.
