2007 Expropriations. In 2007, the Venezuelan government expropriated the assets of foreign oil companies that declined to restructure their holdings to grant PDVSA majority control. Notably, ExxonMobil and ConocoPhillips resisted these terms, leading to the seizure of their assets.

I just wanna go on the record and officially say I think this is a terrible idea. Pretty much all of it the way it is currently being done.

The maximum torque of a bolt or nut is based on the size, material and thread of the nut and bolt.
Going from there the torque value assessed by design engineers will be based on calculations.
It gets really complicated when you get into things like stretch bolts that are single use.

This was always going to happen from the day they were sent. I’m surprised it has taken so long to be honest. Do you think this will be used as the beginning of justification for no midterm elections?

I think we all knew it was a matter of time when national guardsmen were sent where they shouldn’t have been.
Some may argue that the person that sent them there knew full well this would happen and is part of the plan to ensure that there are no midterm elections.

All democracies should be invest in getting Russian interference into their government, society, and politics, largely through social media. NATO and Commonwealth countries especially.
