Comparing youself to other people won't help you, every people have different progress, some are really quick, some are really slow but it's still a progress no matter what. Compare yourself to your old self, how much have you improve? It can be anything small as long as it can boost your confidence

- Takes long break periods
- Creates very slowly
- Has another full time job or engagement
- Struggles with productivity
- Is inconsistent
