I actually like the idea of 10 minute quarters. The economics of the nba are geared towards people watching full games. If you look at tv ratings for all sports. The ones with the least actual play time have the highest tv ratings. (The nfl only has 15 mins of game time !)
Thoughts on the 10 minute quarter?
