We can’t let it consume us - but we also need to harness it.

So much confusion and fear … and that is exactly what he wants. That is how he wins, because well-meaning, law-abiding people just can’t fully grasp the purposeful and unnecessary chaos sewn by a sociopath and his sycophants.

It feels bleak out there. Hard not to have a deep sense of dread about what is ahead for America and the rest of the world. Today let’s resist the darkness in whatever way we can … spread joy through random kindness, and make sure you do something to take care of yourself.
