It's definitely the key. I used to try to bully my old thoughts cause they're so irrelevant. But there are times my anxiety wants to take over with "what ifs"

My scripting is just writing as if they didn't exist, I do catch myself saying "i wish they would go away/leave me alone" and try to correct myself. I do struggle a bit to ignore the 3d
