We spent the entire hour howling and rewinding particularly bad shots/edits. Amazing that show lasted as long as it did.

The action scene (which almost invariably on this show is a massive gun battle in a highly public location) was edited so that it was impossible to know who was shooting at what.

But last night we focused on how incredibly shoddy the editing and direction was. Almost every time a character speaks they are shot in a too-close close-up, often with the camera slowly pushing in even closer.

The kid and I used to watch it all the time because it was big and dumb and loud and the kind of shit you want to watch on a Friday night.
