A week maybe? I do it every other day bc every day is too much for my skin. Also be careful to wash your face and let it dry completely (like 10 min) before applying retinol. Apparently water intensifies the effects.

Mine too. They are studying WWI & II right now and he says it’s jarring to learn about those historical events and then be faced with our current reality at the same time.
