Maybe Reich‘s right, or maybe he’s a Pollyanna. This time, cf. 2016, US voters were squarely responsible for putting this back in, albeit with a plurality (like B. Clinton) rather than a majority, and in full knowledge of what he is. I wouldn’t count chickens.
