Two problems: you have to have the $25k to spend in the first place, and b) that would not come close to covering anything beyond simple care--no broken bones, no surgeries, no ongoing meds. It's woefully inadequate.

My spouse and me, last night around dinner time, talking about the news of people shifting blame for the fisherman murders: who the fuck is in charge??? I think we deserve to know the answer to that very basic question. (I could probably guess, but they owe us an explanation.)

Jesus fucking Christ. New horrors every day. I knew, on election night, how bad the result would be, but seeing the details of that outcome unfold every day is just horrifying.
