The regime’s National Action Plan for Unity, Peace and Development (NAP-UPD) 2025–2028 further intensifies repression in both urban and rural communities, with NTF-ELCAC at its helm.

“Atubangan sa nagkagrabeng korapsyon ug mga pasistang atake batok sa nakigbisog nga mga mamumuo ug katawhan, lig-on gihapon kaming nagabarog,” Uypala added.

We reiterate that this is a grave threat to workers’ freedom of association and to the exercise of their civil and political rights.
December 7, 2025 at 3:28 PM
We strongly believe this is part of the systematic efforts by the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) and state security forces (i.e. the military and police) to intimidate activists, organizers and their families into submission.
December 7, 2025 at 3:28 PM
We in KMU-Southern Mindanao denounce this incident of surveillance and red-tagging directed at Argilles, his wife and family.
