Oh my …. Thats it .. moved it to no special characters and it works and even changed @ to & and that’s fine .. just @ is the culprit and I use it on all my boxes .. so it wasn’t working anywhere .. but has worked perfectly up until 17.13 .. many thanks &&&&&&& from now on

Well the same project runs quite happily in vs 17.12 and then fails with the error in 17.13 and also preview version
