A rabbit jumped out in front of Janet and I.The rabbit tried to go under the fence but was blocked by the snow. Instead it fell back INTO Janet. The ensuing minute proved that Janet would not survive in the wild. Janet was so thrilled to have gotten so close and is now a great hunter in her mind.

Somehow we lost the waffle plates to the waffle maker. Amelia isn't crazy about pancakes so I attempted to make her a panini waffle. It did not work. We had pancakes.

I learned a new word today. A student kept saying he needed new gitches. He was looking at me funny when I asked a few questions. Is it a toy? Do you eat it? Do you play with it? I finally asked another teacher and she let me know that he needed to change his underwear. Gitches means underwear.

I am feeling grumpy about learning new social media but will be glad to see everyone I love and care about on here.
