This, but I put YouTube videos of this stuff on because you can also find background video. Can I interest you in medieval or fantasy Christmas music playlists as well? lol, I had it on while working the other day and my husband was like, "What is this? I could fall asleep to this?"

After 2 years of trying everything (my PT got it), finally feel seen by a pain dr & just had new MRI done. I’ve had degenerative disc disease & arthritis for years. Why are my symptoms not believable to her? Previous PCP said to lose weight. I lost 125 lbs. problem is worse now. 😖

!!! I have been living with back/neck issues for years but it’s been horrible the last year & causes numbness, headaches, neuro issues, anxiety & only sometimes pain. My PCP suggested therapist. I have a history of depression w/lil anxiety. This is different. I only get anxiety when my neck is bad.

I recently learned my cousin air tags my aunt when she brings their dog for a walk while visiting. LOL. My aunt is completely capable, is under 70 years old.
