I'm loving how the colors on this handspun are turning out. And I can't wait to add a collar and some shoulder buttons to this beauty.

A new colorway coming to the shop this weekend. Rich blues, greens, purples, and grays make it feel nice and moody on these dark winter days.

And just like that, we have a collar! I have such a weakness for a double knit collar 🤩 🧶
February 4, 2025 at 10:02 PM
Working to get rid of that floppy collar with a double knit band. Worth all the effort. 🧶
February 3, 2025 at 9:44 PM
Progress means a big floppy v neck with no collar. It's a little unruly to try on and make sure it will fit, but the shaping is looking nice so far. 🧶

One final finished sweater that's fresh off the blocking mats is this colorful beauty. Pattern by me, coming in February. 🧶
January 30, 2025 at 10:35 PM
Getting ready to knit with a recent spin. This beauty is a wool and viscose blend, which helps give it a bit of a shine 🤩 🧶
January 29, 2025 at 10:39 PM
Another finished sweater off the blocking mats and I can't get over how gorgeous this button band is 😍 I have a new favorite sweater 🧶
January 28, 2025 at 10:02 PM

A double knit buttonband over a long cardigan is so beautiful and worth the effort, but oof can it be a slog. Beautiful things take time though. 🧶

This is the first thing I ever knit for my husband about 20ish years ago when we first started dating. It's a simple 2x2 rib scarf using LB Fisherman's Wool and is holding on pretty strong 🧶
January 23, 2025 at 1:09 AM
It kills me to have a big floppy no collar WiP for so long, but I need to finish the bottom ribbing before moving on to the double knit button band (give me strength for that 🤣).

Check out that twisted rib bottom edging though 😍

More progress on this beauty. I love some good colorwork, but I also love some mindless stockinette. This design has a little bit of both!
January 15, 2025 at 11:53 PM
Proof of hat. My 4 year old gets so excited when I knit things for him. He has a few pairs of rainbow socks, a rainbow sweater, and now a bright orange hat. Colors all chosen by him

I'm really proud of how this collar came out. I knew the cabling would make the edges be a bit wonky and the typical ribbed collar may not suit it. In comes an I cord collar!
January 9, 2025 at 1:41 AM
I love the look of cabling and colorwork together. It looks really complicated, but is surprisingly simple.
