Wow! I love this design and I completely understand now how you ended up with so many bobbins for the intarsia.

Incredible! Loving the embroidery.

Oh gosh, I really want to know what you've planned. Please post on here when you're done!

I'm curious, is there a reason for the deadline?

There's a flat version? I must learn it.

Good idea to make the tusks stand out.

You can do it!! Or at worst you can be in cahoots with my friend who refuses to wear matching socks for this very reason.

Wow, what a kind thing to do for someone. Very meaningful.

Thanks for posting the link. Saves me from having to look it up and I'm definitely intrigued.

While there are some techniques for doing intarsia in the round, I would actually recommend working it back and forth (with turns). The seam won't be truly invisible but you can actually graft the two sides as you go. Or you can sew it up at the end.

I'd prefer without, but if you did with I would add many more between those for a more cohesive look.

Is there anything you would say differently about Korean knitted designs as a native?

What a great way to encourage you to socialize!

I'm loving how you're using your chair to model.

It looks great as a bag!

For me personally, the rule doubly applies! Sometimes I can get away with a basic knit stitch but nothing more complicated than that and definitely no finishing touches in any form.

Cool idea! How did you decide how much to order for the year ones? The other ones make more sense to me because you know you'll get through them one by one over time.

This is better than I could ever have imagined!! 😍

I'm really enjoying your solution :D

The labels caught my eye. How did you make them?

I like using knitting as an outlet for my emotions too. The color and stitch pattern you've got there work really well together.
June 4, 2025 at 9:37 PM
Please do! I'd love to see that.
