Definitely also skeptical of ERW as a solution but “all the rocks” is misleading- the actual carbon storage capacity of “all the rocks” is 10,000 GtC/yr (Sanna et al, 2014) it just comes down to feasibility in net drawdown options for the under 1 Gt/yr
