For myself the most important thing I've iterated on as been the turkey. I now deconstruct it. This allows for an amazing rolled breast with the skin and sage etc in it, and legs/thighs that are perfectly cooked, as well as no bones to deal with and awesome gravy.

I never noticed before how bad Starfleet ergonomics were. Yikes, back ache in 20 minutes at the science stations.
