Balancing reactive and proactive docs changes is always top-of-mind for me. I know it's not the most shocking of observations, but it feels important to actually name this problem and normalize the tension between those needs.

Tech writing peeps: I've been mulling over content types a lot lately, and I'm curious: Do you have explicitly defined content types besides the Diàtaxis-styled types? I'd love to know what they are and how you define 'em!
