Finally settled on note taking and just went the Apple Notes Smart Folder route with tagging. Seems the best via a pencil and just getting things done. So far it's been pleasant. Only gripe I have is that you can't zoom in and out of Notes. Freeform looks promising but has no dark mode yet

What are some favourite apps for note taking via ipad?
I’m currently using Obsidian, but drawing latency is high. There’s also Capacities but it doesn’t look like there’s any drawing capabilities yet.
I’m honestly just thinking about going back to Apple Notes, but thought to ask here first
