Using The Accursed Den from Rotblack Sludge as an example, each room is it's own Environment, which attaches to another environment. No need to change whether or not the guards in one room can hear you in another, and if the players roll Fear you can use that to make a roll on the Encounter table

Sometimes I see a tabletop miniature and I know so very clearly in my heart that it was designed by an 3D artist first and a person who actually paints models last. Like this one. What the fuck am I supposed to do about that skirt.
