She's such a good girl and we'll keep supporting her and helping her until the end. She's not giving up and neither are we. She still has so much love to give and I cherish it so much.

It's really challenging having a senior dog. Some days it looks like she could go another few years, others a few months. We're doing everything to take care of her and keep her comfortable, but I hate seeing her struggle to walk so much. It's just hard knowing the end is near but not knowing when.

I don't know how I dodged COVID while Z had it and while traveling, only to get a cold when I had two social events to do today. I'm really bummed I missed our clubs first tournament today and will have to miss book club tonight. Well, at least I got to do the Philly trip.

Jesus, Happy Gilmore 2 is bad. Like, my expectations were low, but wow, this movie is god awful. I excepted them reusing jokes and references, but they keep just showing clips from the first film. I should have just watched that instead. At least that one was wacky but grounded in reality.

I've been having a great time in Philly. We went to the zoo, and I got to pet a rhino. We went to a bookstore in this cool old barn and then had some fun downtown, where we got some cheesesteaks. Now, to close it out with the Ducks vs. Penn State football game!

Watched Jumanji (1995) on the plane and wow that movie holds (outside of the CGI). It was a fun watch. I also totally forgot about the kid TFing into a monkey. When he rips a hole in his pants to let his tail unlocked so many memories of how that made me feel as a kid. Another one to the list.

Gotta say, the free inflight Wifi on Delta is pretty great. Needless to say it's vacation time! I'm really excited to bum around Philly with @townesbear.bsky.social and then see one of the biggest college football games this weekend.
