Himeji Castle, fall 2023. Plan for a full day. Castle is a lot of steep stairs but worth it. Gardens and historical buildings surround the area.

Eclipse from April 2024. Central Texas. Photos do not sufficiently convey the experience. I would suggest anyone that has a chance to experience totality will not be disappointed.
