There are already many articles for which there is more attention on Bluesky than on other comparable micro-blogging sites, meaning the academic community and the general public have clearly adopted Bluesky as one of its core places to disseminate and discuss new research.

If folks are interested in linking macro-environment/satellite data to brain data see our study here (news.gsu.edu/2024/11/12/r...; www.nature.com/articles/s44...). You can also play with it yourself, the data are released as part of ABCD data release 5.0. ;-)
Researchers Link Satellite Data With Brain Scans To Identify Environmental Impacts on Brain Development
A new study highlights how environmental factors can impact mental health, cognition and brain development in young people.

1) I’m currently working on the architecture of ships and how this relates to health (remember cruise ships as covid incubators!?).
2) Environmental (spatial, visual, sensory) diversity in the built environment can be both good and bad. This wholly depends on the context and on the viewer.
Bluesky academics, let's get to know each other! Quote this and tell me: 1) a project you're working on, 2) an odd idea/theory you aren't working on but keep thinking about

1) building experiences of disabled users and how to describe them rigourously
2) open (non-representative) democracy

1) Sociology of daily routines, their organisation and governance, & why we seem so dissatisfied with life
2) The moral economy
