Because you can't just be one in this economy 😜

Also a big ol' nerd who loves games and magic
one cool thing about AI is how quickly I can identify unhealthy communities. Unhealthy communities tend to desire simpler, essentialized, and fictitious depiction of the other. So they drift towards tech that inherently won't question them, while producing the perfect image of the hypothetical other

When the shadow became the frame, the depth of the facsimile became too distant to justify the zeal and reverence for the fiction. The fiction became the bullet of dogma, the frame the edict of class, and the image became pointless. I was demystified, yet the shadow remained, the giant exists.

Of the 5 interviews I have had this month. 0 looked at my website portfolio before calling to do prescreening or schedule an interview. 0 looked at my website before the interview. 2 looked at it during and after the interview. And people still say there isn't a problem in the job market.

I recently had the privilege to act as the event photographer for Marda loop Community's Roaring 20's tasting party. It was an incredible event, and I was absolutely privileged to be there and help. Here are some highlights! #photography #communityevents #calgary

Past rhetoric for conserving a wealthy class is that they were job creators... #Amazon and other's sudden aggressive action to remove as much labor as possible while achieving record profits and success is proof that any jobs they happened to create were an unintended side effect.

I wanted to share some of the photos I took while at the 2025 Step 'n Stride for Parkinson Association of Alberta. Parkinson Association of Alberta is an important charity for my, my Opa was diagnosed with Parkinson's, so being able to give back and volunteer is an absolute privilege.

"sharpness is a bourgeois concept" ( Henri Cartier-Bresson) is a statement that kinda fucks with me. Like so much of photography is around the idea of sharpness, but like why does that even matter when dissecting the artistry of a photo

I had the privilege to do some portrait photography for a local business leader, and it was an absolute pleasure to be able to capture the pride and love these two have for their farm and western way of life. I have never worked with horses before, but I got to say it was a lot of fun.

I have been busy with a bunch of new projects and setting up a new program. So here is a quick older photo I took. It reminded me a bit of my favourite Midwest emo album covers

Keep an eye out for some of the stuff I am releasing soon

Graffiti feels like such a transformative and positive form of art that directly opposes the sanitization of spaces and promotes community spaces. And I love that.

I feel more kindred with the things that eat the dead. I love their ability to change death into life and bring corpses back to the world. I also like fish guts.

More photos from Calgary Pride! Sometimes I am lazy when I am editing, sometimes I take a lot of care for one photo.

In the Shadow of the Resurrection, the gaze of the fallen giant marks the stone with the tinge of nostalgia. Leaving the feeling of want for the things it represented but never lived to be.

What is left behind when we abandon something? What does it mean to abandon something?

Another one of my photos in my current series, I am looking forward to launching something soon!

The Sepulchre is the site of the Resurrection, the resurrection the site of the death, and the death the monolith of the faith. The Sepulchre must cast its shadow over all light, lest the death overshadows the Resurrection.

All I can do is imagine all the things between me and you. The ways that reminiscence became the traversal of walls, yet memory falls, and we still build on the labyrinth that leads me away from you.
But you are safe,
I will miss you,
yet you are safe.

Watching slice of life anime makes me resent how capitalism made owning a store and serving your community a soul draining venture.
