Human wise i somehow suck, animal wise i managed to make decent stuff from first tries, possibility i need to look for references close to the characters i'm trying to make..
these are least things i did this month of practice

in the additional shots it's now giving me a hint to figure out cheekbones work to model a human head. the nose and eye lids on the other hand are gonna be the biggest struggle, let alone the mouth with a thick beard and moustaches

pretty much interesting pipeline of workflow, and on blender 2.79 which i never got around it's clunky old UI.. storyboards are an obvious step in those sketches.. something new i learned is the part of cutting gifs to halves for sprite sheet work-arround.. fascinating! really looking forward to it

been wondering what tools you used to animate those, i'd assume it was blender at most, but modeling wise.. it wasn't zbrush this time.. or you still use that in your workflow of 3d animations?
