tbf i remember the dream being a little bit more sad with Lux swearing his innocence (and he was) like in Krusty Gets Busted but the moment his lawyer tells him that the death penalty involves being electrocuted he gets all excited

Bugs Bunny cartoons were wacky and revolved entirely around the main character or some other talking animal being shot or decapitated, the two ain't mutually exclusive.
