Regarding a NAS, I don't have experience, but I would probably look at UGREENs offerings as a starting point. Synology was the big name, but I haven't heard much good about them recently. Personally I got a NAS friendly case and just built my own around openmediavault

Regarding a USB hub, I use an older version of this model www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJQJQ8M... . Basically the same thing just with regular ports instead of the smart charging ones. I require an obscene amount of high speed devices at once.
