Holy shit, Sinners is the best film so far this year. The trailer doesn’t do it justice, it’s much more sophisticated and clever and artistic than you’d expect. The actors nailed it and the music was perfection!!

Using The Daleks as a tool to highlight the potential fascism of the police is SUCH a cool idea, I wish the story focused more on this.
Also, it may have been a coincidence in timing but airing this just a few months after the BLM riots was so bold.

Possibly the best Troughton scene, I like this Doctor’s approach to grieving family members. It’s also sweet that Victoria didn’t want to wake him up because she’s aware how old he is, and assumed he’d need extra rest. ❤️

I can’t believe it took me so long to get round to watching The Thing but wow, what a deliciously grim movie!!

I also liked the scene where Starlight is heckled by a guy yelling ‘show us your tits’ and responds by telling a young fan to save her money because she likes the old outfit better, after the girl said she’s saving up to buy the new and more adult outfit. She didn’t want the girl to be objectified.

I’m currently rewatching The Boys S1 and it’s holding up well. Vought making Annie wear a revealing outfit was handled well. IRL, We live in a ‘sex sells’ society and people like Vought only care about clicks and numbers, even if it means objectifying people like Annie.

It’s such a shame Juice Wrld died so young because he was a natural talent. Freestyling for over an hour is hard, doing it on a classic Eminem beat whilst switching up the flows is even harder! Not many people can do this.

The Sixth Doctor often is labelled as a very mean and self absorbed incarnation, which is fair in my opinion.
But the heartbreak he displays here shows that in his own way he did truly care about Peri, even suggesting he will never recover from the loss! It’s really sad but also quite sweet.
