This is an interesting way to look at growth.
Parts of our story have to do with the narrative we fashion around it. That "waking up" or coming out of the fog process is so unsettling because our reality gets questioned. Our understanding grows which enables us to create a new reality to live in.

During my last session, in a quiet moment, where my client was internally processing something, Miss Feona was sound asleep and snoring. At one point my client asked "is your cat snoring?" We both started giggling because in the midst of life's seriousness there's always a reminder to be gentle. 🤍
