A lifetime of being quiet and I realise how impressive clear voice work is! As you advised, I recorded myself and listened through a few times…and I am all over the place. 🤣

I’m thinking of uploading examples regularly to keep a log and mark progress. Figuring out how to do that here 🤔

Thanks for replying, Chris. Oh god. Yes. That’s a big one. Never been a fan of my own voice, but reflecting on the fact that everyone’s voice has unique characteristics that work for and against you. I just need to be able to loosen up and play with it.

Along these lines, I've been toying with 'finding my voice.' As a shy and anxious person, I'm looking to break out and try to have fun...I hear it's good for your brain! 🧠

In that vein, how does someone get started improving their speaking and communication? Maybe for #VoiceOver or #voiceacting
