One of the few meals my husband and I make together. Pork egg rolls. I prep the meat, he preps the rest of the filling, then I fry them. Yummy!🍜🍽️🥡

Today I made a chicken, bacon ranch pizza with tomatoes. I make my own dough and sauce, this time a garlic ranch sauce. 🍽️👨🏽‍🍳🍜

My mother finally got her new dentures since the hospital threw away her old ones, so she has a long list of food she wants to eat now that she can.

I made her a pepperoni, mushroom, olive and jalapeño. I make my own dough and sauce, and this time I added cayenne pepper sauce.

Today I made a chicken curry using spicy harissa paste in place of chili paste. The recipe called for fresh chilis, but living in a small rural area, fresh chilis outside of jalapeño is difficult to come by.

Definitely going through FB withdrawal. Very difficult to not go back into it.

And so it begins. My mother’s Medicare and secondary insurance no longer will cover transport from the physical rehab to her dialysis appointment two blocks away.
