Pokémon Legends Z-A is the first Pokémon game in a long time that I didn't get and play on day 1. The setting isn't interesting, most of the new mega designs are mid or bad, and it seems to be even more lazy and unfinished than previous games. I might check it out once it comes down in price, idk.

When the paradox pokemon were revealed, I immediately thought Brute Bonnet had huge potential but no one seemed to agree, everyone thought there was no point using it over Amoongus. But Brute Bonnet was on the first and second place teams in the VGC world championship so I feel pretty vindicated.

Apparently "fiscally conservative" means crashing the economy.

So in the span of two days, Trump admitted that Elon rigged the election and then Elon did a nazi salute. Incredible.

Everyone in marvel rivals acts like if they shoot the enemy iron man they'll explode

The problem with having mostly gaming friends is sometimes you have to compromise and play garbage games like Valheim. I've been sitting on a boat doing nothing for 30 minutes because we're on some sort of "grand adventure".

The biggest mystery in Marvel Rivals is why so much of it's player base would rather lose with a suboptimal comp than win with an optimal one.

Wow I can't believe 4 dps and 2 supports isn't a winning team comp in marvel rivals.

I don't have a problem with people in Marvel Rivals who insta-lock DPS. But the people who wait until everyone else has picked their heroes, see that the team needs a tank or support, and picks DPS anyway...those people are the scum of the earth.

I played Marvel Rivals on day one for 2-3 hours and didn't have a single issue. No disconnects, no crashes, no que just to get in the game. It was a completely smooth and pleasant experience.

Marvel Rivals looks really fun but 6v6 with no role que I think means the honeymoon period won't last long after high elo defaults to goats meta and many low elo games will be determined by which team actually has a support on it.

You can tell that while the Overwatch developers were trying to figure out a backstory for their newest character that they recently watched Cyberpunk Edgerunners and were just like "yeah that'll work".

People are shaking their heads at how bad Trump's cabinet picks are but that's the whole point. We've known Trump was owned by Russia since the Muller Report. They're intentionally getting him to destroy the U.S. from the inside out.

So because Republicans crash the economy and Democrats have to spend the next 4 years fixing it, I predict that we're just going to trade back and forth every 4 years for the foreseeable future. Assuming we have any more elections.

I wonder what the "little surprise" is that Trump and the Republicans cooked up that would be revealed after the election.

I don't want to go into election conspiracy territory but I hope the dem legal experts take a thorough look at everything because just from a casual observation standpoint things aren't adding up.

Early voting trends put the 2024 election to have an equal or higher turnout than 2020. Can't find any official numbers rn but somehow everyone candidate ended up with less votes than in 2020. Harris by around 10 million. It makes zero sense.

I had a class scheduled for today that got canceled and I'd like to use my new free time to play games or something but I can't bring myself to move off the couch. Just feeling so defeated rn.

Waking up in a country that hates half it's population is no easy task. It'd be easier to lie in bed and rot the day away but unfortunately life moves on and there are pets that need us.

The part that no one really sees of the bulking process is that awkward phase where your body is in between fat and muscular and your torso is shaped like a barrel.
